Shipping Questions

How do I get free shipping?

Orders above $120 get free shipping!

It's like three T's and two of our special products. BTW, your puppy told us to tell you that their closet is looking empty. They want you to buy more. Ahkem... They really did. Honest!

How much does shipping cost?

The Standard Shipping will cost $4.99 and it will take roughly 6-12 business days to reach you.

The Premium rate is $7.99 and your order will take around 5-8 business days to arrive. 

We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

When will I receive my order?

It typically takes 24-48 hours to ship out our products after we receive your order. When we have shipped your item, you should receive an email from us. Then, all you need to do is wait for a couple of days. We know we don't have the fastest shipping, but remember they are crossing the ocean trying to get to you. So give it a little time. We appreciate it :)

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S, Canada, and Australia only. If you are outside of these regions and would love to order your pups a gift, send us an email at support@milletpets.com, we will take special care of ya.

Can I track my package?

Woof! We totally understand this feeling. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package. Simply click on this link below:

Returns & Exchanges

I bought the wrong size, can I exchange?

Email support@milletpets.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All items are subject to inspection. 

Exchange is free on your first order with us because we want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future. 

For additional exchanges you will need to return your item(s) at your own cost. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send your exchange item(s).

BUUUUUUT, we don't want this to happen. Ever. Because it's tedious for you and for us. So before you place an order, be sure to measure your dog and compare the numbers to the ones in the size charts. They are located in the product page. They are a little slide-up (umm sort of like pop-ups but not really). Each design is a little different, so there is a chance that your dog wears different sizes. One last word of advice, when in doubt, go one size up!

What is your return policy?

Email support@milletpets.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. Typically, the following conditions must be met:

You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost. 

All return items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, otherwise a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@milletpets.com. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and resolve any issues you might have.

How can I return a product?

Email us at support@milletpets.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. We will provide detailed instructions about how you can return your item(s).

Are there any exceptions?

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Customized products (like when you asked us to embroider the name of you and/or your pet on our clothing). We also do not accept returns on sale items.

What size should I order?

There is a sizing guide link next to each of our products because every product is a little different. You can find detailed instructions there. Make sure you get your dog's measurements and compare to the size chart before you place an order. When in doubt, go one size up!
