Email support@milletpets.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All items are subject to inspection.
Exchange is free on your first order with us because we want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
For additional exchanges you will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send your exchange item(s).
Returns

You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
All return items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, otherwise a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@milletpets.com. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and resolve any issues you might have.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Customized products (like when you asked us to embroider the name of you and/or your pet on our clothing). We also do not accept returns on sale items.
